Jul 2017: All production workshops fully relocated to Longyan, with self-owned standardized manufacturing premises constructed. Jul 2020: Longyan Aleader Tire & Wheel Industrial Co., Ltd. was registered to expand exclusive production capacity for tires used on rehabilitation and mobility devices. Mar 2023: The Xiamen branch settled in the CAS Rare Earth Research Institute to build a joint R&D lab, realizing deep integration of industry, academia and research institutes. May 2023: Aleader (Longyan) New Materials Co., Ltd. finished registration and settled in Longyan Innovation Park, fully implementing the industrial blueprint for two core product lines.

Products Description
This 6.5-inch solid PU wheel is engineered for complex daily ground conditions, delivering superior ground fitting performance compared with ordinary casters. The specially tuned microcellular structure can automatically fine-tune contact pressure with the ground, fitting uneven floors, tile gaps and slightly rough cement roads. It effectively disperses concentrated pressure during rolling, avoiding jittery movement and unilateral shaking. Even during continuous straight travel and frequent direction switching, the wheel maintains balanced and stable operation without deviation, greatly improving the overall running stability of mobile equipment.
Different from inferior PU wheels that easily sink and deform under pressure, this product adopts high-density integral molding technology with stable structural tension. It can sustain long-term static load and intermittent dynamic pressure without permanent indentation or tire flattening. The wheel body retains original roundness and rolling flexibility even after long-time extrusion and frequent use. This reliable pressure resistance ensures consistent service performance in daily carrying, manned movement and repeated pushing scenarios, avoiding frequent wheel replacement caused by structural failure.

Step 1 Pre-work Preparation Staff get all components ready in advance, including prefabricated solid tire blanks, wheel hubs, matching bolts and lock nuts. Operators also calibrate and debug the dedicated assembly equipment to guarantee stable operating parameters before formal fitting.
Step 2 Standard Mounting Workers fit solid tires onto corresponding hubs following unified assembly specifications for foam-free solid wheels, aligning the tire and hub positioning grooves to avoid offset installation.
Step 3 Inspection & Packaging All assembled wheel units go through side impact resistance and radial runout inspections. Only products passing all performance checks will be thoroughly wiped clean and sorted into standardized packaging for shipment.
