The 9 Inch Solid Rubber Wheels consists of two parts: rubber outer tube, microcellular polyurethane elastomer filled or inserted inside. With the superior performance in the aspects of inflation free, anti- puncture, flat free, good cushioning maintenance free and high security etc., it is widely used in the field of Wheelchairs, Mobility Scooters, Strollers, Robots, Tool carts and Sports Equipment. While satisfying customer’s esthetic-demand for traditional rubber tires, it also conquers the defects of air-filled tires: the potential risks of easily punctured, gas leakage, flat tire and frequent maintenance.
2. Solid Tires’ Features and Advantages
(1). Resistant to sunlight, oxygen, ozone, and several other environmental factors.
(2). Resistance to Corrosion: It is resistant to water,oil,dirt,acid and alkali.
(3). Load Bearing Capability: A polyurethane tire can easily support twice the weight that a rubber tire can support
(4). Puncture Proof: The Polyurethane Tires are solid tires that are no afraind of nails, shards, or broken piece of glass.
(5). Maintenance Free: The Poly tire is solid structure and not air pressure for load support.They cannot leak or go flat, and never need to be pumped up or repaired.

The process of spin-cast molding is used to insert foam fill into tires. This process helps create a dense, firm tread area while keeping the sidewall area flexible. The distribution of the foam fill is even and accurate ensuring excellent shock absorption. This helps provide the user with a smooth ride, every time.

For a regular sample, we can send it out within 7 days.
For mass production of polyurethane tires we can ship within 25 days if the mold is already available. If the mold needs to be specially made, we can ship within 35 days.
For foam filled tires, our average production time is 20-25 days if the required rubber tires are available. If the rubber tire need to be specially made, we can ship within 45-60 days.
