1. Brief Introduction of ETPU filled Rubber Tire
This product (E-TPU pu insert tire) is made from supercritical foamed thermoplastic polyurethane microcellular elastomer (E-TPU). It is molded and cured using our company's unique process and formula materials. The product is inserted into a rubber outer tire and is mainly used in electric wheelchairs, electric mobility scooters for the elderly, lithium battery vehicles, and other electric auxiliary and mobility tools. It features no need for inflation, maintenance-free, puncture-proof, explosion-proof, good shock absorption, and high safety.This product meets the customer's requirements for good rubber grip and wear resistance while effectively overcoming the safety hazards of traditional pneumatic tires, such as punctures, air leaks, and even blowouts, as well as the need for inflation and other maintenance issues. It is one of the best choices for maintenance-free mobility tool tires.
2. Product Features of ETPU Filled Rubber Tires
2.1 This product uses supercritical foamed thermoplastic polyurethane microcellular elastomer and is molded and cured in the mold using our specially formulated materials and unique process. The formed E-TPU solid inner tube is inserted or embedded into the outer tire to form the finished tire.
2.2 This product has a low density (200kg/m³~270kg/m³) and can be customized according to customer requirements to achieve lightweight products. Compared to other maintenance-free solid tires on the market, it is lighter (as shown in pic.5). Theoretically, the weight of the wheels affects the vehicle's range; the heavier the wheels, the shorter the range. Since this product is lightweight, it helps improve the vehicle's range.
2.3 Due to the excellent shock absorption of the E-TPU solid material, this product significantly enhances shock absorption while being maintenance-free and inflation-free, providing users with a more comfortable riding experience.
2.4 This product has extremely low compression set characteristics, so there is no concern about tire deformation not recovering when the vehicle is stationary, thus affecting the user's riding experience.
