1.Single round static load bearing recovery test
1. Install the test tires on the tire testing machine and apply the load according to testing requirements.
2. Load requirements: Each wheel must bear a weight (the weight standard refers to the maximum load capacity of the whole vehicle and is calculated as the load borne by a single wheel).
3. After the load is applied, start the testing machine, set the speed to 6.0 km/h, and begin running the testing machine. At the same time, use a dial gauge to test for runout values and confirm that there are no abnormalities before proceeding to the static load testing.
4. Static load for 48 hours, and mark the area under static load pressure on the tire with a marker.
5. Recovery test: After 48 hours, start the test machine to let the tire run, observe the recovery condition of the tire's bumps, and record the bounce value data after running for 10 minutes, 20 minutes, 30 minutes, and 45 minutes.
