Foam Filled Scooter Tires are mainly designed and manufactured for the rear wheels of electric scooters and mobility scooters. The whole tire adopts a two‑layer composite structure, including an outer rubber tire tube and an internal microcellular polyurethane elastomer filling core. The rubber outer tubes are mainly supplied by well‑known tire brands such as Cheng Shin and Innova, ensuring stable quality, reliable grip and long service life.

Production Technology: SPIN-Cast Molding
Foam Filled Scooter Tires adopt advanced spin‑cast molding technology to inject and fill PU foam materials. This process forms a compact and firm tread area while keeping the sidewall soft and flexible. The PU foam is evenly and precisely distributed inside the tire, with high bonding strength and stable internal structure, ensuring consistent shock absorption performance and providing users with a smooth and stable riding experience in every journey.

Under the Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), we can clearly observe the unique open-cell structure of the PU polyurethane tires from Aleader Tire.
We can also identify the uniformity and stability of the cell distribution, with the majority of cell diameters falling within the range of 50 to 100 micrometers.
