Aleader was founded in Xiamen in 2015 and has built a professional production base in Longyan. We are a technology-driven enterprise focusing on R&D and manufacturing of polyurethane products.

With more than 20 years of experience in polyurethane R&D, we provide customized PU component solutions for rehabilitation aids, mobility equipment, medical devices, infant products, robots and special vehicles.

Our products comply with ISO7176, GB/T18029, GB/T12996, and have passed ROHS, REACH, GS, TUV certifications. We maintain long-term cooperation with Institute of Rare Earths, Chinese Academy of Sciences and College of Polymer Science and Engineering, Sichuan University.

This type of wheel features a two-part structure: a high-quality rubber outer tube paired with microcellular polyurethane elastomer foam filled or inserted inside, delivering excellent shock absorption, puncture resistance and stable load capacity. The rubber tires used are primarily from well-known brands including Cheng Shin and Innova, ensuring reliable wear resistance and long service life. 01.What is the difference between foam filled casters and solid PU casters?

Foam filled casters have a rubber outer tire with PU foam inside, offering better grip and comfort. Solid PU casters are fully molded PU, with higher wear resistance but less cushioning.

02.Will the PU foam inside foam filled casters deform or collapse after long-term use?

Our microcellular PU foam features high resilience and stable structure. It will not permanently deform or collapse under rated load for long-term use.

03.Can foam filled casters be used on uneven or rough ground?

Yes. The PU foam provides good shock absorption, making them suitable for uneven roads, curbs, and small obstacles without easy damage.

04.What rubber tire brands are available for your foam filled casters?
