In 2023, we co-built a standard joint research center with Xiamen Rare Earth Institute, CAS, constructing shared professional lab space to develop IP-owned new polymer materials and realize mass production. The Assembly Process of Solid Tire
A. Preparation: preparation of semi-finished tires, rims, screws, nuts, etc; installation and adjustment of assembly machine;
B. Assembling: Assemble the tire according to the standard requirements of the filled tire assembly;
C. Finished product: The finished product needs to be tested for side impact and runout; after passing the test, it can be cleaned and packed.
