2. Assembly Process
Step 1 – Preparation
Get the semi‑finished tire, rim, screws, nuts, and other hardware ready. Set up and adjust the assembly machine.
Step 2 – Mounting
Press the tire onto the rim following our standard assembly procedure for solid tires.
Step 3 – Inspection
Check each finished wheel for side impact resistance and runout (wobble). Once it passes, clean it and pack it.
3. Packaging & Shipping
Packaging: Standard export cartons with pallets. Custom packaging available on request.
Shipping: By sea, by air, or via international courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS) - we can arrange whatever works best for you.
