1. Product Features & Applications
Our foam‑filled (FF) tires consist of a rubber outer casing with a micro‑cellular polyurethane elastomer core. This construction offers a practical alternative to pneumatic tires, eliminating the risk of flats, air leaks, and routine pressure checks.
These tires are commonly used in wheelchairs, mobility scooters, strollers, automated guided vehicles (AGVs), tool carts, and sports equipment. They provide the look and feel of conventional rubber tires while removing the maintenance headaches associated with air‑filled tubes.
2. In‑House Testing
We run these tests regularly during production - not just for new samples.
Rolling Drum – checks long‑term wear.
Tension/Compression – confirms foam‑to‑rubber bonding.
Side Impact – simulates curb strikes.
Drop – tests impact resistance from handling.
Static Load – measures deformation under weight.
Circle Track – checks turning wear and steering.
Friction – measures grip on different floors.
Torque – verifies hub/rim tightness.
Noise – measures rolling sound (important for indoor use).
Bump – evaluates ride comfort over uneven ground.
We also do random spot checks on production batches. If any test fails, we stop and investigate before shipping.
3. PU Material Quality Control
(1) Raw Material Sourcing
We source key chemical components from established international suppliers, including DOW, BASF, and Air Products, to ensure batch‑to‑batch consistency.
(2) Incoming Inspection
For each incoming batch, we perform a random cup‑foaming test before production begins. This allows us to confirm the material's reactivity and final cell structure meets our internal standards.

OEM / ODM Capabilities

Most of our models come with a one‑year warranty, and replacement parts are available for ongoing maintenance.
