A:We are a factory and can export independently.
Q:2.Where is your factory located? Can I visit?
A:Our factory is located in Longyan City, Fujian Province, China. Our Office is located in Xiamen City, Fujian Province. All our clients are warmly welcomed to visit us!
Q:3.What are your trading terms?
A:
1) Lead Time: Normally 30-35 days after receiving deposit.
2) Payment Terms: T/T (bank transfer), 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment.
3) Price Terms: FOB, CNF, and CIF.
4) Sample policy: Samples are always available for each model. Samples can be ready within 7 days upon receiving the sample payment.
5) Departure Port: Xiamen. We can adjust according to your needs.

Q:5.How can I get samples?
A:We charge sample fees and freight charges and deliver the sample by express via UPS, FEDEX, DHL etc. Freight charges are to be paid by the customer.

A:You can pay through our Alibaba online shop or to our company account directly. When we receive the sample fee, we will arrange the samples immediately. Samples normally ship in 5-10 days.
