Our brand kicked off polymer material research startup in Xiamen back in 2015. After multiple rounds of capacity expansion and factory relocation, intelligent manufacturing premises were completed within Longyan Science & Innovation Park in 2023, forming a dual-operation system of advanced research hub and large-scale production zone. The group runs two independent operating arms. Our Xiamen research station settles at CAS Haixi Rare Earth Institute to cooperate with top material specialists for long-term raw formula research. Two Longyan production bases take distinct tasks: the core plant mass-produces microcellular PU tires for mobility aids, while Xinyonghua factory specializes in PU/PIR air duct panels and complete matching installation parts.
Sales Ratio & Diversified Application of Five PU Product Lines
The sales proportion of five core PU product lines is clearly layered: microcellular elastic solid PU tires account for 70% of total turnover, high-resilience foam raw materials and integral skin molded fittings each take up 10%, PU sponge blanks and rigid fillers for carbon wheelchairs each make up 5%. Micro PU wheels fit electric wheelchairs, short-distance scooters and intelligent transport robots; high-rebound materials steadily supply Sealy memory pillows long-term; integral parts are customized for medical armrests and child seats; sponge blanks serve household cushions, rigid components for fishing tackle and lightweight aircraft parts.
Eco Traits & Microstructural Performance Advantages
All microcellular tires are manufactured via eco water-blown craft, all finished goods pass dual international RoHS & REACH environmental checks. Infant matching foam parts hold GS safety certificates, while PU wheels for bicycles obtain official TUV test certificates. SEM observation reveals even 50–100μm open-cell foam that delivers balanced shock absorption, load capacity and impact resistance. The tires require no inflation maintenance, feature outstanding wear & aging resistance, and operate stably for long periods on all complex indoor and outdoor road surfaces.
