Packaging
Standard packaging uses 5‑layer corrugated cartons, and we also offer customised packaging solutions to meet your specific requirements.
Shipping
Samples: Delivered via international express services such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.
Bulk orders: Shipped by sea, air, or other modes of transport, depending on your preference and urgency.
2. New Product Development Process
Our development process is built on close collaboration with customers, from initial concept to mass production. The typical workflow is as follows:
A. Development Evaluation
We begin by reviewing customer-provided materials, which may include drawings, physical samples, or general specifications. Our engineering team then creates preliminary designs, drafts technical drawings, and establishes key product parameters. These are shared with the customer for review and formal approval.
B. Development Input
Once the design is approved, we finalise all technical documentation, including mould drawings, assembly drawings, finished product drawings, and associated standard specifications. This documentation serves as the technical baseline for the project.
C. Proofing (Sample Moulding)
We send the approved mould drawings to our selected mould supplier and initiate tooling. A 50% prepayment of the mould development cost is required before production begins. After the mould is manufactured, we conduct trial runs, verify mould quality, produce initial samples, and perform necessary performance tests.
D. Sample Confirmation
Trial samples are sent to the customer for evaluation and sign‑off. Any required adjustments are made until the sample fully meets the customer's expectations.
E. Small‑Batch Trial Production
Following sample approval, we move to a small‑batch trial order. This step verifies production stability, finalises product standards, and seals reference samples for both parties to ensure consistent quality.
F. Mass Production
Once all standards are mutually agreed, we commence full‑scale production. A final mould acceptance inspection is conducted with the customer. Upon successful acceptance, the remaining 50% of the mould cost is settled.
