1. Size Range
Our solid tire offerings cover a broad spectrum of standard sizes, including 200×50, 2.80/2.50-4, 3.00-4, 4.10/3.50-4, 3.00-8, and more, with diameters ranging from 4 to 16 inches. For non-standard or custom requirements, we also offer tailored wheel solutions to meet your specific needs.

2. New Product Development Process

A. Development Evaluation
Based on customer-provided drawings, samples, or specification requirements, we carry out design, drafting, evaluation, and parameter definition. All preliminary outputs are then submitted to the customer for review and approval.

B. Development Input
Once the customer confirms the evaluation, we proceed to generate the final mold drawings, assembly drawings, finished product drawings, and corresponding standard specifications.

C. Proofing (Tooling Trial)
Mold drawings are sent to our tooling supplier for mold manufacturing. A 50% advance payment of the mold cost is required from the customer before production starts. After the mold is completed, we conduct initial trial molding, mold verification, sample production, and necessary performance testing.

D. Sample Confirmation
Samples are produced and delivered to the customer for formal approval.

E. Small-Batch Trial Production
Upon sample approval, the customer places a small-batch order to verify production stability and to finalize the product standard drawings. This stage also serves to confirm the sealed reference samples for both parties.

F. Mass Production
Full-scale production is carried out in accordance with the mutually agreed standards. The customer performs final acceptance of the mold; upon successful acceptance, the remaining 50% balance of the mold fee is settled.
