2. Polyurethan Tire’s Features and Advantages
1. It is light weight and flexiable, allowing it to compress and conform to road obstacles just like air-inflated tires.
2. It is both heat and cold resistant,and excellent in elasticity.
3. Load Bearing Capability: A polyurethane tire can easily support twice the weight that a rubber tire can support.
4. Wear and Abrasion Resistance: Poly tires will last around four times as long as rubber tires, as rubber tires tend to wear down from long distance road friction.
5. Durability: In most applications, polyurethane tires last 30 percent longer than rubber ones. This is because they run 30 percent cooler, suffer less abrasion, and, unlike rubber, are not subject to hardening and cracking, or deterioration from ultraviolet light.

The process of spin-cast molding is used to insert foam fill into tires. This process helps create a dense, firm tread area while keeping the sidewall area flexible. The distribution of the foam fill is even and accurate ensuring excellent shock absorption. This helps provide the user with a smooth ride, every time.

8. The Assembly Process of Solid Tires
A. Preparation: preparation of semi-finished tires, rims, screws, nuts, etc.; installation and adjustment of assembly machine;
B. Assembling: Assemble the tire according to the standard requirements of the filled tire assembly;
C. Finished product: The finished product needs to be tested for side impact and runout; after passing the test, it can be cleaned and packed.

For a regular sample, we can send it out within 7 days.
For mass production of polyurethane tires we can ship within 25 days if the mold is already available. If the mold needs to be specially made, we can ship within 35 days.
For foam filled tires, our average production time is 20-25 days if the required rubber tires are available. If the rubber tire need to be specially made, we can ship within 45-60 days.
