Manufacturing Specification & Whole-process QC Management
Our industrial production site based in Longyan occupies a 10,000 sq.m standardized workshop, employing roughly 100 skilled operators and quality inspectors. Twenty specialized molding lines for PU solid tyres alongside two automated hub fitting assembly lines enable synchronous tyre shaping and tight hub press fitting under one roof. An exclusive on-site testing laboratory is fitted with over ten high-precision analytical devices such as abrasion testing instruments, programmable climatic chambers, salt mist corrosion testers and multi-functional universal material testing machines. The whole facility follows ISO9001:2015 regulatory norms, backed by comprehensive documented protocols governing raw material procurement, in-process spot checks and pre-delivery finished goods validation. All manufactured goods comply with RoHS and REACH directives; baby-oriented components conform to Germany GS safety benchmarks while bicycle tyres hold authorized TUV certification to meet diverse overseas import requirements.
