About Aleader
Aleader was founded in Xiamen in 2015 and owns a modern production base in Longyan. As a technology-focused enterprise dedicated to PU material R&D and manufacturing, we integrate innovation and strict quality control to supply reliable components for global mobility and rehabilitation equipment.
Our main products cover PU microcellular solid tires, high-resilience products, integral skin foam parts, PU sponge materials and lightweight rigid foam inserts for carbon fiber wheelchairs. Our products meet ISO7176, GB/T18029, GB/T12996 and have obtained ROHS, REACH, GS, TUV certifications.
With over 20 years of PU technical experience, we maintain long-term cooperation with the Institute of Rare Earths (CAS) and Sichuan University. We provide full-chain customized PU solutions for rehabilitation aids, mobility equipment, medical devices, strollers, robots and special vehicles.
- November 2015: Xiamen Aleader Tire & Wheel Industrial Co., Ltd. was founded
- July 2017: The production factory was officially relocated to Longyan
- July 2020: Longyan Aleader Tire & Wheel Industrial Co., Ltd. was established
- March 2023: Xiamen Branch settled in the Xiamen Rare Earth Materials Research Institute
- May 2023: Aleader (Longyan) New Material Co., Ltd. entered Longyan Innovation Park

Polyurethane Foam Filled Tires are high-performance flat-free tires made by filling professional-grade polyurethane foam into high-quality rubber casings. Unlike solid PU tires or ordinary pneumatic tires, these tires combine the excellent grip, wear resistance and stability of rubber tires with the lightweight cushioning, anti-puncture and maintenance-free advantages of PU foam.
Through precision centrifugal casting and foaming technology, the foam core is evenly distributed and firmly bonded to the inner wall of the rubber tire.
