1. Purchasing:we purchase the chemical raw materials from the world's famous brands such as DOWS,Basf and Air Products.
2. Incoming inspection: For every lot of incoming material,we random check its quality by cup foaming.

Packaging: 5 Layer packing carton or as per your requirements.
For samples, we can deliver them to u by express via UPS, FEDEX, DHL etc.

A: 1) Lead Time: Normally 20-25 days after receiving deposit.
2) Payment Terms: T/T, 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment.

For a regular sample, we can send it out within 7 days.
For mass production of polyurethane tires we can ship within 25 days if the mold is already available. If the mold needs to be specially made, we can ship within 35 days.
For foam filled tires, our average production time is 20-25 days if the required rubber tires are available. If the rubber tire need to be specially made, we can ship within 45-60 days.
