1. The Structure of Self-sealing Rubber Tires
Ordinary tyres have a six-layer structure ( pattern, carcass, cord, steel belt, inner layer, and air-tight six-layer structure ), and the long-distance safety tyre adds a nano anti-puncture layer to the innermost layer to form a seven-layer safety structure.
The nano anti-sticking layer is a lightweight low-heat-generating nano-adhesive material. When the tyre encounters sharp objects and penetrates into the tyre, the nano self-healing material closes the instantaneous sound and closes the air leakage. So it is also called: self-sealing safety tire or self-sealing safety tyre.
