The Assembly Process of Solid Tires
A. Preparation Work: Prepare semi-finished solid tires, wheel rims, screws and nuts in advance; complete the installation and commissioning of the assembly equipment.
B. Assembly Process: Carry out tire assembly strictly in accordance with the technical standards for filled solid tire mounting.
C. Finished Product Inspection & Packaging: All finished items shall undergo side impact and radial runout tests. Only qualified products can be cleaned and packaged for shipment.

How can I get samples?
Sample cost and courier freight are required for all sample orders.We deliver samples via mainstream international couriers such as UPS, FedEx and DHL.All shipping expenses shall be borne by the buyer.

How does your factory ensure quality control?

Can my logo or brand be printed on the product?
We support both OEM and ODM services as customized requirements.For polyurethane solid tires, we can print your exclusive brand logo on both the tire surface and wheel rim.As for foam-filled tires, brand marking is only available on the rim part.Custom molds are required for personalized branding, which will involve a mold charge and a slight extension of the production lead time
