4. Quality Control for Flat‑Free Tires
A. Polyurethane Raw Materials
a. Sourcing: We source key chemical raw materials from globally recognized suppliers including DOW, BASF and Air Products. b. Incoming inspection: Each material batch undergoes random cup‑foaming tests to verify material performance before production.
B. Rubber Tires
a. Sourcing: We procure rubber tires from established brands: Cheng Shin and INNOVA. b. Incoming inspection: Physical checks cover yellowing risk, surface damage, deformation and other visual defects.
C. Wheel Accessories
a. Our purchased components (nylon rims, aluminum rims, steel rims, axles, hubs, screws and other fittings) comply with ISO 7176 standards. b. Incoming inspection: We test coating adhesion, dimensional accuracy and visual appearance. Reliability tests include tensile strength, impact resistance and salt‑spray testing.
5. Packaging & Delivery
Packaging: Standard packing is cartons stacked on pallets. Custom‑tailored packaging solutions are available upon request.
