We kicked off our polyurethane material business back in late 2015 in Xiamen, focusing on custom foam wheel development for mobility aid equipment. After two years of steady trial production, the whole manufacturing workshop relocated to Longyan to expand mass production capacity. We rolled out two independent operation entities in 2020 and 2023 respectively to split wheel production and comprehensive PU material manufacturing. Our research station is settled inside the CAS Haixi Rare Earth Research Institute in Xiamen, functioning as a dedicated lab for polymer material iteration. Apart from mobility PU wheel manufacturing, we run a separate subsidiary focusing on PU/PIR thermal insulation boards for central air ducts, creating a dual-track industrial layout covering rehabilitation accessory supplies and HVAC supporting materials.

The whole factory fully implements ISO9001:2015 management specifications, compiling complete standard operation documents covering every production link, forming a closed-loop whole-process quality supervision chain. Raw material incoming inspection: Polyether, isocyanate and all auxiliary additives will be sampled to test density, hardness and environmental indicators before warehousing; unqualified raw materials will be returned to suppliers directly. On-site production patrol inspection: QC staff carry out hourly spot checks on molding temperature, curing duration and foaming density during mass production to avoid batch parameter deviation. Finished goods sampling test: Static compression, rolling abrasion and anti-aging tests will be carried out before packaging; only fully qualified goods can be delivered to finished product warehouse. After-sales defect disposal: Standardized operation procedures are formulated for customer complaints, returned goods and defective product isolation; all abnormal records are filed to provide data support for subsequent formula optimization. We can provide complete inspection logs, SGS test reports and full qualification certificates on demand, assisting overseas buyers to complete export customs clearance and product filing procedures.

Two core standardized mounting steps cover bearing press-fitting and tyre-rim assembly, all finished via dedicated pneumatic assembly equipment to secure consistent assembly precision. For bearing installation: Mount special bearing press fixtures on the workstation, sequentially position the lower bearing retainer, shaft sleeve and bearings, then activate the air-driven switch to finish tight bearing press-fitting. For PU tyre and rim matching: Swap to tyre press molds, set the wheel rim onto the bottom fixture, fit the cone positioning jig and slide the PU solid tyre in place. Trigger the pneumatic system to press the tyre firmly onto the rim to complete the whole wheel assembly.
