A. PU Material
(1). Purchasing:we purchase the chemical raw materials from the world's famous brands such as DOWS,Basf and Air Products.
(2). Incoming inspection: For every lot of incoming material,we random check its quality by cup foaming.
B. Rubber tire
(1). Rubber tire purchasing: we purchase the famous rubber tire brands: Cheng Shin and INNOVA.
(2). Incoming inspection: physical checking including yellowing,damage and deformation etc.
C. Accessories
(1). All of our purchasing accessories (including nylon rims,aluminum rims,steel rims,axle,hub and screws etc.) can meet the standard of ISO7176.
(2). Incoming spection: we need to check coating fastness,size and physical appearance;Reliability test includes tensile strength,impact strength and salt spray resistance etc.

A. Tire Shaping
(1). Air fills: Air fill the rubber tires until the bead width is 30%-50% bigger than that of the standard.
(2). Conservatory baking: store the air filled tires for 24 hours in the conservatory under the temperature of 50-60 degree .
B. Recipe Configuration
Weigh,blend and stir well several chemial materials to get the appropriate recipe.
C. Mould Preparation
(1). PU Foam filled tire moulds: during the adjustment and intallation process, it is important to make sure the bead width of moulds and the concentricity of upper and lower moulds.
(2). PU Tire moulds: it is nessossary to make sure the tread is correct during the clearance and installation process.

A. Debugging machine
(1). Machine inpection includes: a. check the temperature of material and moulds, flow setting and pressure etc.; b. make sure the machine parameters are normal; c. Detect the proportion of A and B compound;
(2). After the proportion of the compounds is ok, we start the cup foaming and test the foam density;
B. First inspection
After the cup foaming test,we start producing the first product of each mould and then inspecting them. For foam filled tire, pu filling weight,bead width and tire width need to be inspected. For PU tire, tire weight, tire width,diameter and surface hardness need to be inspected.
C. Self test
(1). After the first inspection is qualified, we proceed the pu foaming production. During the productioin process,the production data is detected and recorded every 30mins, and the quality of the products is checked regularly to ensure it meet the requirements. Whenever the raw material is
replaced, it is necessary to dig a filling tire to detect the center hardness of the PU.
(2). The finished product needs to be trimmed, and self-check to confirm whether the appearance of the product meets the quality requirements. After confirming the quality, it is necessary to brand the production batch code, so that each product can be traced.
------------------------------Semi finished Product--------------------------------
A. Tires to be delivered
For the tires needed to be delivered,the finished product inspection will be carried out after 48 hours of standing. For foam filled tires,the bead width,tire width will be inspected. For PU tires, the diameter,tire width,surface hardness and appearance will be inspected; After the quality is confirmed, we can clean and pack the goods.
B. Tires to be assembled
After being placed for 48 hours,the products can enter the assembling process.

A. Foam filled wheels
(1). Preparation: preparation of semi-finished tires, rims, screws, nuts, etc.; installation and adjustment of assembly machine;
(2). Assembling: Assemble the tire according to the standard requirements of the filled tire assembly;
(3). Finished product: The finished product needs to be tested for side impact and runout; after passing the test, it can be cleaned and packed.
B. PU Wheels
(1). Preparation: preparation of PU tire semi-finished products, rims and other accessories; installation and adjustment of assembly machine;
(2). Assembling: Assemble the tire according to the requirements of the PU tire assembly standard;
(3). Finished product: The finished product needs to be tested for side impact and runout; after passing the test, it can be cleaned and packed.
9. Delivering and terms
Price term: FOB Xiamen - ordinary, but we could negotiate the terms according to the special situation to meet your special demands, such as CNF, CIF.
Payment term: TT -- 100% deposit before production or 30% deposit before production and balance paid before shipment; LC at sight, etc.
Shipment could be arranged by your destinated forwarder or ship owner or with our hand.
