As domestic and overseas purchasing demands kept rising year after year, we relocated all core production lines to Longyan in 2017 to expand output capacity and streamline the factory's overall operational framework. After years of steady market expansion, we built multiple specialized branches across different regions. One workshop focuses solely on mobility wheel manufacturing, while another develops PU/PIR thermal insulation boards for central air duct construction. Our Xiamen research lab is stationed inside a national new materials research institute, seamlessly connecting lab material research to mass production conversion. All branches operate independently yet maintain close collaboration, forming a dual-line diversified industrial layout.

We build exclusive R&D testing zones and independent quality inspection areas within the factory, fully equipped with complete high-precision testing apparatus. These instruments conduct abrasion resistance, impact resistance, anti-aging, corrosion resistance and rolling stability tests, covering all core performance indicators of our polyurethane finished products. Every batch of finished goods undergoes multiple sampling inspections before warehousing. All product lines comply with global environmental standards, and medical-grade, infant-oriented and mobility equipment accessories hold multiple overseas safety certifications. Rigorous multi-level testing procedures guarantee all our products meet market access standards for import and export markets worldwide.

Besides standard off-the-shelf goods, we deliver exclusive tailor-made development plans for clients with special matching requirements. Our technical engineers adjust product dimensions, surface tread patterns and internal foam density structures based on customer-provided drawings, physical samples and actual equipment operating environments. The whole workflow from preliminary scheme design, raw material formula matching to mass volume production is fully completed independently inside our factory.
