Quality Control Standards for Tire Inspection
1. Inspection Criteria for Physical Appearance
a. Rubber Tires
No yellowing, cracking, or surface damage.
b. Foam-Filled Tires
The foam filling must be complete and uniform, ensuring that both tire diameter and width meet the specified standards.
c. PU Tires
No visible air bubbles, flow lines, yellowing, or surface defects when inspected from a distance of one arm's length.
2. Inspection Method for Air Voids Inside PU-Filled Tires
a. Production Process Control
Our manufacturing process includes a full tire shaping step prior to filling. During the PU filling stage, we apply centrifugal rotation technology to ensure the PU material is evenly distributed inside the tire. This achieves complete bonding between the rubber tire and the PU foam, effectively eliminating any internal air voids.
b. Routine Quality Verification
Every time we change raw material batches or start up the production line, we cut open one sample tire for internal inspection. This allows us to verify that the product is free from air voids, delamination, or other internal defects.
