a. Rubber tire purchasing: we purchase the famous rubber tire brands: Cheng Shin and INNOVA;
b. Incoming inspection: physical checking including yellowing,damage and deformation etc.
B. Other Tire Accessories
a. All of our purchasing accessories (including nylon rims,aluminum rims,steel rims,axle,hub and screws etc.) can meet the standard of ISO7176;
b. Incoming spection: we need to check coating fastness,size and physical appearance;Reliability test includes tensile strength,impact strength and salt spray resistance etc.
2. Tire's Tests In Aleader Tire Factory

3. Packaging and Delivery of Tires
Packaging: 5 Layer packing carton or as per ur requirements.
