9" PU-Filled Rubber Tires – Built to Last
Revamped Version: Aleader Tire – New Product Development Process
1. New Product Development Process
A. Development Evaluation
We begin by reviewing customer-provided drawings, samples, or requirement specifications. Our engineering team then develops initial design concepts, creates technical drawings, and defines product parameters. All proposals are shared with the customer for review and final approval before we proceed.
B. Development Input
Once the design is approved, we generate the full set of technical documentation, including mold drawings, assembly drawings, finished product drawings, and all relevant standard specifications.
C. Prototype Tooling (Mold Development)
Mold drawings are sent to our approved tooling supplier for fabrication. A 50% prepayment is required from the customer before mold manufacturing begins. After the mold is completed, we conduct initial trial runs, mold verification, prototype sampling, and performance testing to ensure everything meets specifications.
D. Sample Submission & Customer Approval
Prototype samples are produced and sent to the customer for confirmation and sign-off.
E. Small-Batch Pilot Production
Upon sample approval, we recommend a small-batch trial production run. This step allows us to validate production stability, finalize product standard drawings, and establish sealed reference samples mutually agreed by both parties.
F. Mass Production & Mold Finalization
Full-scale production proceeds according to the mutually approved standards. The customer conducts the final mold acceptance inspection. Upon successful acceptance, the remaining 50% mold balance is settled.

2. Packaging & Delivery
Packaging: Standard packaging is carton boxes with pallets. Customized packaging is also available upon request.
Shipping: We support sea freight, air freight, and international express shipping based on customer preference.

3. Quality Assurance – Solid Wheelchair Tires (Diamond Tread)
To ensure long-term reliability and consistent performance, all our solid tires undergo a comprehensive range of in-house tests, including but not limited to:
Rolling Drum Test
Tension/Compression Force Analysis
Side Impact Test
Drop Test
Static Load Test
Circle Track Test
Coefficient of Friction Test
Torque Test
Noise Test
Bump Test
These procedures help us verify that every tire meets our durability and safety standards before leaving the factory.
