What it is

This series of foam-filled tyres features a mature composite structure with genuine Cheng Shin rubber outer casing and custom microcellular polyurethane foam filler. Different from conventional pneumatic tyres and solid rubber tyres, we adopt professional vacuum filling technology to inject liquid polyurethane compound into the inner cavity of standard rubber tyres. The material fully fills the entire internal space of the tyre and cures naturally to form an integrated elastic core, completely replacing compressed air.

About our company

Organization & Team

We have built a standardized and sound internal management system. The company is led by General Manager, with four vice presidents respectively in charge of R&D, business development, general affairs and production. A dedicated Quality Assurance Manager takes full charge of overall quality control work.

Raw Material QC for Flat-Free Tires

A. PU Raw Material

Sourcing: All PU chemical raw materials come from top global suppliers, including Dow, BASF and Air Products.

Incoming Check: We randomly test every material batch with cup foaming to check material stability and quality.

B. Rubber Tire Casings

Sourcing: We only use reliable rubber tires from well-known brands Cheng Shin and Innova.

Incoming Check: Each batch gets full visual inspection to spot yellowing, scratches, dents or deformation.

C. Wheel & Hardware Accessories

Standard Compliance: All accessories we source - nylon rims, aluminum rims, steel rims, axles, hubs, screws and other fittings - meet ISO 7176 requirements.

Incoming Testing: We check coating adhesion, dimensions and surface finish first. We also run reliability tests: tensile strength, impact resistance and salt spray testing to guarantee long service life.
