The Assembly Process of Solid Tires

A. Preparation: Prepare semi-finished tires, wheel rims, screws, nuts and other accessories; install and debug the assembly equipment.

B. Assembly: Complete tire assembly in strict accordance with foam-filled tire assembly standards.

C. Finished Product Handling: All finished wheels shall undergo side impact and runout tests. Only qualified products can be cleaned and packed.

Full Compliance Certification & After-Sales Protection

All rubber tyres and internal PU filling raw materials pass RoHS and REACH hazardous substance detection, without pungent volatile odor after long sealed storage. Finished wheels can provide complete batch inspection reports and SGS certification documents to support overseas brand customs clearance and product filing. All inflation-free foam filled wheel assemblies enjoy a two-year factory warranty, covering quality defects caused by uneven filling, rubber cracking and poor bonding. Our technical team provides remote assembly guidance to solve mounting problems encountered by buyers.
