We adopt automated integrated production lines for all polyurethane tires, covering raw material mixing, rubber tire pretreatment, high-pressure PU foam filling, constant temperature shaping, wheel hub assembly and multi-dimensional finished product testing. Every processing link is equipped with special inspectors for spot check, key performance indicators such as tire hardness, load bearing, wear resistance and shock absorption will be tested one by one after production.
