Q:1.Are you a factory or a trading company?
A:We are a factory and can export independently.
Q:2.What are your trading terms?
A:1) Lead Time: Normally 30-35 days after receiving deposit.
2) Payment Terms: T/T (bank transfer), 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment.
3) Price Terms: FOB, CNF, and CIF.
4) Sample policy: Samples are always available for each model. Samples can be ready within 7 days upon receiving the sample payment.
5) Departure Port: Xiamen. We can adjust according to your needs.

A:T/T, Irrevocable L/C at sight, PayPal, Western Union.
Q:4.How can I get samples?
A:We charge sample fees and freight charges and deliver the sample by express via UPS, FEDEX, DHL etc. Freight charges are to be paid by the customer.
