This power wheelchair wheel adopts an integral hollow tire outer frame filled with high-elastic density polyurethane foam, forming a tight composite structure without gaps or loose layers. The internal foam core effectively supports the outer rubber and PU tread, preventing tire shrinkage, deformation and bulging during long-term electric driving. Different from fully solid wheels that are too hard and inflatable tires that are prone to air leakage, the foam-filled structure retains proper elastic buffer performance.
