1.What Are PU Solid Tires?

Unlike filled tires that use a rubber casing with a foam core, our PU solid tires are made from 100% polyurethane – from the tread right down to the base that sits against the rim. They are molded as a single piece, so there is no separate casing, no inner core, and no layers that can separate over time.

The material itself is a micro‑cellular elastomer, which means it has a fine, closed‑cell structure inside. That gives it a bit of give, so it absorbs shocks better than you would expect from a solid tire. But because it is all one material, it is incredibly tough and consistent.
