1. Flat Free Tires Material Quality Control
A. PU Material
a. Purchasing:we purchase the chemical raw materials from the world's famous brands such as DOWS,Basf and Air Products.
b. Incoming inspection:For every lot of incoming material,we random check its quality by cup foaming.
B. Accessories
a. All of our purchasing accessories (including nylon rims,aluminum rims,steel rims,axle,hub and screws etc.) can meet the standard of ISO7176.
b. Incoming spection: we need to check coating fastness,size and physical appearance; Reliability test includes tensile strength,impact strength and salt spray resistance etc.
