Founded in Xiamen in 2015, Aleader devoted itself to R&D and manufacturing of new polyurethane materials, then built self-owned standardized manufacturing parks in Longyan to form two core hubs for research and mass delivery. The group runs two differentiated independent business units. Its Xiamen R&D branch settles in the research platform of CAS Haixi Rare Earth Institute to communicate with material experts regularly and launch long-term industry-university-research projects. Two workshops operate in Longyan: the main workshop mass-produces full PU fittings for mobility aids, while Xinyonghua branch develops PU/PIR ventilation insulation boards for central air conditioning, supplying duct accessories and on-site installation guidance to accept custom orders for two industries concurrently.
The Assembly Process of Solid Tire
A. Preparation: preparation of semi-finished tires, rims, screws, nuts, etc; installation and adjustment of assembly machine;
B. Assembling: Assemble the tire according to the standard requirements of the filled tire assembly;
C. Finished product: The finished product needs to be tested for side impact and runout; after passing the test, it can be cleaned and packed.
Integrated PU Foam Infused Structure for Fail-Safe Use
Constructed with one-piece polyurethane foam infusion technology, this tyre abandons traditional air chamber and inner tube setup. The fully filled foam core forms a solid, supportive interior structure that resists punctures, cuts and pressure loss completely. It eliminates all common downtime risks caused by defective pneumatic tyres. Different from overly rigid solid tyres, it retains mild cushioning performance to soften road shocks, delivering smoother movement with zero inflation checks and regular maintenance.
