Our 7-inch polyurethane solid tires are integrally molded from high-elastic PU material, airless and fully puncture-proof against nails, stones and sharp scraps with no risk of flat or burst tires and zero daily maintenance. Featuring outstanding wear and tear resistance as well as anti-aging performance, they have a far longer service life than ordinary inflatable rubber tires.
Structural Stability In Operation
Adopting one-piece integral moulding craft, the wheel body has no internal gaps or spliced parts. The overall structure is tight and solid, and can disperse pressure evenly when bearing goods or loads.
Even under sudden impact or uneven force during movement, the wheel will not distort or lose its original shape. It keeps a round running profile all the time, so the equipment moves straight without deviation during travel.

1. Independent filling production workshop: Separated filling molding line from solid wheel production line, avoid raw material cross contamination, unified foam filling density control.
2. Custom formula tuning: Adjust foam softness, bearing capacity, anti-slip tread texture independently according to buyer's ground condition (gravel, lawn, asphalt, cement road).
3. No secondary assembly outsourcing: Hub pressing, foam perfusion, tread curing, bearing assembly all finished inside Aleader Longyan plant, unified batch quality control.
4. Batch aging treatment: Every finished filled wheel placed 72h natural aging before delivery, stabilize foam inner stress, avoid later usage shrinkage.
