We manufacture foam-filled flat-free tires covering wheel diameters ranging from 4 inches up to 16 inches. Our standard sizes include: 6 inch, 7×1 3/4, 200×50, 2.80/2.50-4, 3.00-4, 4.10/3.50-4, 4.10/3.50-6, 3.00-8 and more.

A. PU Foam Raw Material

Sourcing: We source premium chemical raw materials from globally recognized suppliers, namely DOW, BASF and Air Products, to guarantee consistent foam performance.

Incoming Quality Check: Every batch of incoming PU materials undergoes random cup foaming testing before entering production, to verify foaming density and elasticity.

B. Rubber Outer Tires

Sourcing: Our rubber tires are supplied by well-established manufacturers Cheng Shin and INNOVA, two top reputable tire brands in the industry.

Incoming Inspection: Each tire batch is visually and physically inspected to check for yellowing, surface scratches, cracks, deformation and other defects.

C. Wheel Accessories & Hubs

Standard Compliance: All supporting accessories - nylon rims, aluminum rims, steel wheel hubs, axles and fasteners - fully comply with ISO7176 industry standards for mobility equipment.

Full Incoming Testing: We carry out multi-dimensional inspections for all incoming parts:

Appearance & dimension check, coating adhesion test

Reliability performance tests: tensile strength, impact resistance and salt spray corrosion testing.
