2. Aleader New Product Development Workflow

A. Project Feasibility Assessment

Based on customer-supplied technical drawings, physical samples or functional requirements, our engineering team completes initial design drafting, performance evaluation and parameter definition. All design outputs will be shared with the customer for review and formal approval.

B. Design Finalization & Technical Documentation Release

Once the customer signs off on the preliminary design, our team generates complete technical documentation, including mold schematics, assembly fitting drawings, finished product blueprints and standardized performance parameters.

C. Prototype Tooling & Initial Testing

Mold fabrication commences after the customer remits a 50% deposit against tooling costs. Upon mold completion, we conduct initial mold trials, dimensional validation and prototype testing to verify compliance with agreed specifications.

D. Customer Sample Sign-Off

Finished prototype samples are produced and shipped to the customer for performance, fit and quality verification. Full written confirmation from the client is required to move to the next phase.

E. Low-Volume Pilot Production

Following successful sample approval, the customer places a small-batch pilot order. This stage validates consistent mass production stability, locks the final official production drawings, and seals reference samples to be retained by both parties as the quality benchmark.

F. Full-Scale Mass Production

Manufacturing proceeds strictly in accordance with the mutually agreed and sealed technical standards. The customer performs final acceptance inspection of the completed molds. Upon successful acceptance, the customer settles the outstanding 50% balance of the tooling fee.
