1. Quality Control for Flat-Free Tires

A. PU Raw Materials

a. Procurement: We source chemical raw materials from globally recognized suppliers including DOW, BASF and Air Products. b. Incoming Inspection: Cup foaming sampling tests are conducted for every batch of incoming PU materials to verify consistent quality.

B. Rubber Outer Tyres

a. Procurement: We adopt rubber tyres from established manufacturers Cheng Shin and INNOVA. b. Incoming Inspection: Visual and physical inspection covers yellowing condition, surface damage, deformation and other defects.

C. Accessories

a. All purchased accessories (nylon rims, aluminium rims, steel rims, axles, wheel hubs, screws and other components) comply with ISO 7176 requirements for mobility equipment. b. Incoming Inspection: Items checked include coating adhesion, dimensional accuracy and surface appearance. Reliability testing covers tensile strength, impact resistance and salt spray testing, among others.
