Who we are
Founded in Xiamen in November 2015, Aleader initially focused on the R&D, production and manufacturing of polyurethane parts. After years of stable operation and market expansion, we relocated our entire factory to Longyan in July 2017. We have gradually established a full industrial layout including an R&D headquarters, large-scale production base and professional branch subsidiaries.

customized solutions. For PU tires, we offer tailored services covering dimensions, tread patterns, performance tuning, and
rim design-ensuring optimal fit, functionality, and market advantage across a wide range of vehicles and applications

Our main prod-ucts are polyurethane solid tires, PU filledrubber tires, which are known as safe, durable,low-carbon,environmentally friendly, mainte-nance-free, silent, comfortable, and have excel-lent wear resistance and high load capacity,widely used in rehabilitation assistive equip-ment(electric wheelchairs, medical beds, rolla-tors, etc.), travel tools (elderly mobility scooters,electric scooters, shared bicycles/electric bicy-cles, baby strollers), special equipment (robots,tool vehicles, agricultural machinery equip-ment) and other fields.

About Test
Two independent functional laboratories are built within our industrial cluster: a joint material research lab located in Xiamen CAS research center, and a dedicated performance testing lab inside the Longyan production plant. The Xiamen joint lab is equipped with precision electron scanning microscopes to analyze internal cell structure of PU foam, observing uniform 50–100 micron micropore distribution of our proprietary tires. The Longyan testing lab deploys more than ten sets of professional testing machines, including Akron abrasion testers, rolling smoothness detectors, UV aging cabinets, salt spray corrosion equipment, universal tensile testing machines and side impact runout testers. Every finished batch undergoes full-cycle simulation tests before delivery to lock stable product performance.

Q: What are your trading terms?
A: 1) Lead Time: Normally 30-35 days after receiving deposit.
2) Payment Terms: T/T (bank transfer), 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment.
3) Price Terms: FOB, CNF, and CIF.
4) Sample policy: Samples are always available for each model. Samples can be ready within 7 days upon receiving the sample payment.
5) Departure Port: Xiamen. We can adjust according to your needs.
Q: Where is your factory located? Can I visit?
A: Our manufacturing plant is situated in Longyan, Fujian, while our business office is based in Xiamen, within the same province. We sincerely welcome customers from all over the world to come for factory inspections and on-site visits.
Can my logo or brand be printed on the product?
Custom OEM and ODM services are both offered as requested.For our polyurethane tires, your brand logo can be printed on both the tire surface and wheel rim.As for foam-filled tires, brand marking is only available on the rim part.
To support personalized customization, we need to develop a dedicated custom mold. This will involve a mold charge and a slightly longer production lead time accordingly.
Q: Can you ship different products in a single shipment container?
A: Yes, any products you order can be shipped together.
