1. About Aleader Tire
Aleader Tire is a professional manufacturer focused on the production and customization of tires for wheelchairs and mobility equipment. 2. Custom Development Process
We support custom tire development based on customer drawings, sample references, or specific technical requirements. Our process is structured to ensure precision, quality control, and on-time delivery for every project.
A. Design & Feasibility Review
Our technical team reviews your drawings, physical samples, or functional needs, then carries out product design, parameter calibration, and feasibility analysis. We provide a detailed proposal for your review and sign-off before moving forward.
B. Technical Documentation
Once the design is approved, we prepare complete technical documents, including mold drawings, assembly layouts, final product dimensions, and production specifications. These serve as the basis for mold making and subsequent manufacturing.
C. Mold Development & Initial Testing
We begin mold production after receiving a 50% deposit. Once the mold is completed, we run trial shots, verify dimensions, produce test samples, and conduct performance checks to ensure the mold meets both design and practical use criteria.
D. Sample Approval
We produce formal samples and send them to you for physical inspection, performance verification, and final confirmation. All details can be adjusted based on your feedback until you are fully satisfied.
E. Pilot Production
After sample approval, you can place a small-batch trial order. This phase allows us to verify production stability, process consistency, and product uniformity. At this stage, we also finalize the official production drawings and keep sealed reference samples for mass production.
F. Full-Scale Production
We then move to mass production, strictly following the confirmed technical standards and sealed samples. The remaining 50% mold balance is settled after your final mold acceptance.
