A. Pre-production Preparation

B. Standard Assembly Operation

Professional operators assemble tires and wheel rims in strict accordance with the standardized assembly specifications for solid and foam-filled tires to ensure accurate installation and overall product consistency.

C. Testing, Cleaning & Packaging

All finished wheels will undergo strict side impact test and runout tolerance test. Only products that pass all quality inspections will be cleaned and packaged for shipment, to guarantee stable product quality for customers.
