12.5-inch PU Filled Rubber Tires 

The complete tire adopts a two-layer structure: a durable outer rubber casing with a flexible microcellular PU elastic core fully injected inside the tire cavity. We source high-quality outer rubber tires from reputable manufacturers, with Cheng Shin and Innova as our primary suppliers. This matched combination maintains the smooth riding comfort of conventional pneumatic tires while eliminating puncture risks, offering stable load-bearing performance for long-distance wheelchair travel.

University-enterprise Joint R&D Platform & Expert Technical Support

In 2023, we co-built a standard joint research center with Xiamen Rare Earth Institute, CAS, constructing shared professional lab space to develop IP-owned new polymer materials and realize mass production. Long-term in-depth technical cooperation is established with Professor Tang's research group from Sichuan University Polymer School to research modified PU and innovative foaming systems. Our in-house R&D team accumulates over 20 years of frontline manufacturing experience, independently finishing raw formula optimization, custom mold design and full-range product iteration.

 

We own a professional team focusing on mobility equipment tires. We provide both foam-filled tires and integrated PU solid tires for wheelchairs and mobility scooters. Foam-filled tires adopt rubber casing filled with PU foam, retaining original tire outer shape. Integral PU solid tires feature excellent shock absorption and completely eliminate air leakage risks. We can offer various sizes and brands to meet different replacement demands of global customers.

Step A: Project Evaluation & Design Consultation

We start with your provided technical drawings, physical samples or detailed functional requirements. Our engineering team will complete custom design work, draw technical schematics and finalize full product parameters for your review and confirmation.

Step B: Technical Drawing Output

Once you approve our initial design proposal, we will release complete sets of official drawings, including mold drawings, assembly fitting drawings and finished wheel reference drawings, together with standardized technical specs.

Step C: Mold Fabrication & Initial Sample Testing

We send finalized mold blueprints to our mold workshop to build tooling. A 50% deposit for mold costs will be required before production starts. Once molds are finished, we run initial mold trials, verify mold accuracy and manufacture test samples for full performance testing.

Step D: Pre-Production Sample Approval

We will produce finished prototype samples and ship them to you for full inspection and final sign-off.

Step E: Small-Batch Trial Run

After you confirm prototypes meet all requirements, we suggest a small trial production order. This helps us verify consistent production stability, lock down the official master production drawings, and seal matching reference samples for both sides.

Step F: Official Mass Production

We begin full mass production strictly following all mutually agreed standards. You will complete final mold acceptance inspection, then settle the remaining 50% mold balance payment after successful acceptance.
