1. Raw Material Quality Control for Flat-Free Tires
A. PU Material
Sourcing – We procure chemical raw materials from globally recognised suppliers, including DOW, BASF, and Air Products.
Incoming inspection – For each batch, we randomly sample and conduct a standard cup-foaming test to verify reactivity, cell structure, and consistency before the material enters production.
B. Rubber Tires
Sourcing – We use reputable branded rubber tires from Cheng Shin and INNOVA.
Incoming inspection – Each shipment is visually inspected for yellowing, surface damage, deformation, and other physical defects.
C. Accessories (rims, axles, hubs, screws, etc.)
All purchased accessories – including nylon, aluminium, and steel rims – comply with ISO 7176 (the international standard for wheelchairs).
Incoming checks – We examine coating adhesion, dimensional accuracy, and general appearance. For reliability, we run tests for tensile strength, impact resistance, and salt-spray corrosion resistance on a regular basis.
