Our standard packing adopts 5-layer corrugated cartons fixed on plywood pallets. Customized packaging solutions can be provided according to your demands.

A. PU Raw Materials

Source Supply: We purchase chemical raw materials from world-famous suppliers like DOW, BASF and Air Products.

Incoming Quality Inspection: Random sampling is conducted for every batch. We adopt the cup foaming test to check product quality and batch consistency.

B. Rubber Tire Casings

Source Supply: We cooperate with well-known tire brands Cheng Shin and Innova for all rubber outer shells.

Incoming Quality Inspection: Every consignment gets full visual inspection to check for yellow discoloration, surface scratches, deformation and other appearance flaws.

C. Matching Accessories (Nylon Rims, Aluminum Rims, Steel Rims, Axles, Wheel Hubs, Screws and More)

Standard Compliance: All accessories comply with ISO 7176 international standards for wheelchairs.

Incoming Quality Inspection: We inspect coating adhesion, dimensional precision and overall appearance. Meanwhile, a series of reliability tests are carried out, including tensile strength, anti-impact capability and salt spray corrosion resistance, to promise long service life.
