In November 2015, the Xiamen tire production entity finished business registration and started bulk supply services. In July 2017, all production machinery was transferred to our self-owned Longyan park for the first capacity expansion. A wholly-owned tire subsidiary was registered in July 2020, with exclusive automatic molding lines for rehabilitation equipment added. In March 2023, our Xiamen R&D branch settled in CAS research base to build a joint lab. In May of the same year, Aleader Longyan settled in local innovation park, putting PU mobility tire and insulation panel production lines into operation to realize parallel dual-industry development.

The general manager takes charge of overall corporate operation, with four supervisors managing R&D innovation, market expansion, general logistics and smart production, plus a dedicated QA supervisor to control full inspection procedures. Every business line is divided into independent teams without overlapping duties. The R&D team handles product styling, raw material proportioning, process debugging and new product launch; marketing splits domestic & overseas sales and client technical liaison groups; logistics covers finance, material procurement, warehousing logistics and HR admin; production manages scheduling and equipment maintenance; quality control includes incoming check, workshop patrol, full finished testing and internal system audit.

Our long-term vision is to become a benchmark integrated service provider for worldwide PU material application.
