Inflatable Air Cushion Structure for Superior Shock Absorption
Built with traditional inflatable air cavity design, the wheel assembly relies on compressed air to buffer vibrations from uneven road surfaces. Dual Regional Production Bases & Two Separate Production Branches
The company launched polyurethane new material research in Xiamen in 2015, and later constructed self-built production parks in Longyan to set up two operation platforms for research and mass production. We run two differentiated business lines. The Xiamen R&D center is stationed at CAS Haixi Rare Earth Institute to cooperate with top material specialists for long-term industry-university-research collaboration. Two production branches operate in Longyan: the main plant mass produces full PU spare parts for mobility aids, while Xinyonghua workshop manufactures PU/PIR thermal insulation panels for central air ducts, providing auxiliary processing materials and on-site installation guidance to take custom orders for two industries simultaneously.
Full Chronology of Enterprise Development
In November 2015, the Xiamen tire manufacturing entity completed registration and began bulk supply. In July 2017, all production equipment was moved to our self-owned park in Longyan for the first capacity expansion. A wholly-owned tire subsidiary was registered in July 2020, with dedicated automatic molding lines for rehabilitation equipment added. In March 2023, our Xiamen R&D branch settled in the CAS research base to build a joint lab. In May of the same year, Aleader Longyan settled in the local innovation park, putting two core production lines (PU mobility tires and thermal insulation panels) into operation to realize dual-industry parallel development.
Hierarchical Overall Planning Internal Operation System
The general manager oversees overall company operations, with four supervisors managing R&D innovation, market expansion, general administration and intelligent manufacturing, plus a dedicated quality supervisor to control full-process inspection. Each business segment is divided into independent teams with non-overlapping duties. The R&D team handles appearance design, formula deployment, process debugging and new product projects; marketing splits domestic & overseas sales and customer technical liaison groups; administration manages finance, HR, procurement and warehousing; production controls scheduling and equipment maintenance; quality management covers incoming inspection, workshop patrol, full finished product testing and internal system audit.
