2. The Assembly Process of Wheelchair Wheels and Tyres

a. Install the bearing pressing tooling on the assembly machine;
b. Place the lower bearing rim, bushing and bearing;
c. Start the pneumatic switch to complete the bearina pressing operation.
B. The Assembly of the solid tyre and rim;
a. Inslall the tire pressing tooling on the assembly machine;
b. Place the rim on the lower tooling, put on the conical tooling and then put on the PU tire;
c.Start the pneumatic switch to complete the tire pressing operation.
3. The Packing of Wheelchair Wheels and Tyres
Packaging: 5 Layer packing carton with plywood pallet or as per ur requirements.
