Aleader first launched its polyurethane processing lines in Xiamen after establishment in 2015, then transferred all core production workshops to Longyan Innovation Industrial Zone in 2023 to build a dual operational framework for material research and mass output. The group runs two separate professional subsidiary arms. Its Xiamen branch is stationed within the CAS Haixi Rare Earth Research Institute, functioning as an internal polymer testing hub and external technical exchange platform. The UNT division based in Longyan develops and manufactures PU/PIR ventilation duct insulation boards along with supporting installation fittings. Our flagship Longyan manufacturing base solely develops and produces microcellular PU wheels for rehab mobility gear, forming a dual-industry layout spanning mobility spare parts and construction thermal insulation products.

Strict Dimension Test & High Density Solid PU Filling Tire

 

Every tire is fully inspected with dial calipers before shipment to guarantee consistent and stable dimensions.

Integrated high-density PU foam filling inside the tire without hollow gaps, which greatly improves load capacity and shock absorption performance.

Precise inner ring size enables perfect fitting with aluminum wheel hubs, preventing loose assembly after long-term service.

Full solid PU structure resists deformation under heavy loads and extends the overall service life of wheels.
