1.What is Non Marking Tires
Non-marking tires are designed to prevent dirt, residue, and marks from appearing on warehouse floors. They are available in cushion and solid pneumatic variants and have a softer compound, providing better flotation and a smooth glide across the ground.
2. The Assembly Process of Solid Tires
A. Preparation: preparation of semi-finished tires, rims, screws, nuts, etc.; installation and adjustment of assembly machine;
B. Assembling: Assemble the tire according to the standard requirements of the filled tire assembly;
C. Finished product: The finished product needs to be tested for side impact and runout; after passing the test, it can be cleaned and packed.
