3. How To Check The Air Void Inside The Puncture Proof Tires After PU Foaming
a .Technology: we do a full tire shaping process before production. Our filling process uses centrifugal rotation to uniformly fill the PU raw materials into the tires and fully realize complete bonding between the tire and PU Foam, thus avoiding any air voids inside.
b. Every time replacing the material or starting the machine, we will cut one tire to check the inside of the tire to ensure there are no air voids or separations in the product.
4. The Inspection Standard of Rubber Tire's Physical Appearance
In order to ensure the quality of Aleader Tire's rubber tires and meet our customer's requirement , our company inspects all of our rubber tires according to Lever Ⅱ, AQL 1.0 standard as below.
Therefore, we can control the tire's defective rate within 1%.

For foam filled tires, our average production time is 20-25 days if the required rubber tires are available. If the rubber tire need to be specially made, we can ship within 45-60 days.
